This policy explains what information is handled when you play White Bear Cafe (the "Game"), published by Guo Shaohong ("we", "us").
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device. We do not operate any server that receives your game data.
If you delete the Game, your local progress is deleted with it.
2. Advertising
The Game shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one. Ads are served by Google AdMob ("Google").
To deliver, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect, directly from your device:
- device and app information (device model, operating system version, language, app version);
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- advertising identifiers: the vendor identifier (IDFV) and, only if you allow tracking, the Advertising Identifier (IDFA);
- ad interaction data (for example, whether an ad was shown, watched to the end or tapped).
This information is processed by Google under its own policies:
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent message before personalised ads are used, and you can change your choice later.
3. Tracking permission (iOS)
On iOS the Game asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the Advertising Identifier can be used. If you decline, you will still receive ads, but they will be less personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
4. Your choices and rights
- You can decline tracking, or reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or California), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of personal data. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests about ad data are best sent to Google. You can also contact us and we will help where we can.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us.
6. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features or ad networks. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
